1 star is being generous. This book is all based on opinion and absolutely nothing on theory. All content was vague. There are no cited sources to back up anything that was presented. The 7 chapter and 55 pages... made for a quick read because there was more white space than text/content. I was really disappointed with this book. I would like a refund if possible. Save your money!

This book did not live up to my expectations. I should have saved my money. If you want to know some generalized basics about life coaching, I suppose this book might help you. It did arrive quickly, but, after a cursory glance, did not answer or give much guidance that I didn’t already know.

This is more like a pamphlet than a book. It has vague and swallow information and at the end they just want to sell the online training... which does not sound attractive since the author does not really provide insight into the subject. I do not recommend this book.
