I have been taking this supplement for years and have seen consistent improvements in my B12 levels from labs before and after starting this product. It’s easy to take, don’t mind the taste at all. This is also a great product for someone with MTHFR because it contains folate. Highly recommend!

I have tried dozens and dozens of every kind of vitamin B supplement on the market. And all of those supplements in the thousands of dollars I wasted I never once could tell any difference taking them. But OMG... I feel an incredible difference with this supplement. I also take Adderall for ADHD and narcolepsy this supplement kicks in and helps my energy level to a degree that rivals many medications I’ve taken including Adderall. The way I know it’s working incredibly well is when I do not take B vitamins every day I start to get canker sores on my tongue and terrible dry mouth from the Adderall. Which I had when I started this product I had 2 on my tongue. Within 24 hours they were gone! No BS! My dry mouth is so much better as well. I’m not a big review person but this supplement deserves it. So if anyone reading this is looking for an incredible B vitamin supplement “that actually works” this is it. The taste is not that great, but you only have to hold in your mouth for 30 seconds.

My doctor did some tests and told me to supplement this exact brand of Methyl B Complex. It's very convenient to set this to reorder monthly, that way its shows up just about the time you are running out and you dont have a lapse in usage. I keep one in the house and one in the vehicle in case I forget to take it. IF you have problems absorbing B vitamins or you have the MTHFR gene this is the high quality supplement for that problem. The taste and smell of the vitamins is masked in the fruity flavor they add but it is still not super palatable or odorless. Kids might not like it but my 13 yr old will take it. The strong flavor and smell probably mean its good stuff.

I had a Roux-en-y procedure in 2006, so I've been taking sublinguil B-Complex ever since. I've tried several varieties over the years but recently found out that my body isn't using B12 appropriately (its just storing it). It was recommended that I try a 'methyl' form of B. Often, historically, flavor can be overcome when a product performs well enough (for me anyway). Unfortunately, that is not the case with this product. The fact that it is sublingual is normally an important feature for absorption, however, it also means you need to hold it in your mouth for 'best results' and in this case it prolongs the miserable flavor and texture adventure without any special magical benefit to go along with the price tag. It is super expensive, doesn't seem to provide obvious benefits, above and beyond my $10 -$15 sublingual B-complex formulations, and it tastes awful to boot. Let me try to illustrate the experience, if you took butter and melted it, then mixed in a BC powder plus an aspartame packet, and added some lemon peel extract (not lemon juice - lemon peel), plus a touch of some kind of berry (it isn't clearly a rasberry flavor profile) - you may find yourself somewhere in the ream of the flavor and consistency of this product. It has some staying power so be prepared for that.

I ended up taking these after realizing that these kinds of vitamins could really help with the way that I digest food and convert it to energy. I have to say, these are some of a few vitamins, but I really noticed a big difference on. My energy is more steady, I don’t have a slump at the middle of the day, and they aren’t pills. I hate swallowing pills so I really appreciate the fact that these are liquid

I really like these vitamins. Easy to pump and travel with as well
