I cant say enough about this stuff. Yeah, its expensive, but so are nasal sprays. I used to need two. Now I need none. These capsules help me breathe clearly and sleep soundly. I have stopped buying my sprays and do not want to be without this stuff. Shipping could be faster, and price lower, but the results are so good that I am willing to overlook those.

Nothing I have used before helps me with my itchy eyes, this finally gives me some relief! I do take two in the morning and two in the evening, but I was very surprised that something like this would work as well as it does. Definitely give it a try!

Works well to smooth my throat. And open my nasal passages.I take 2 capsules in the AM and 2 in the PM. Highly recommend it.I’m also using Nasya Oil for my dry nostrils. Both items contain natural, safe ingredients.UPDATE #1: Sometimes I take an additional 2 capsules in a day, so a total of 6 capsules in one day. They’re helping me tremendously. 😉UPDATE #2: I have cousins who suffer from allergies and after I told them about this they’re now using it and say it’s helping them as well. 😎

I have been using for little over a month. Haven't seen any major difference in My chronic sinus issues. But hopeful. I have an in appointment with a Sinus Center coming up. I am sure others users might have better results. And I think my situation could possibly end up being a structural issue. Maybe will get a clearer picture at My Sinus Center visit.

After researching this product I decided to try it. I have been taking it for almost a month and I must say, it’s a good product. I have year-round allergies, but my allergies are food related. As such, I need to state that I still can not eat foods that trigger my allergies. My issue was that although I stayed away from trigger foods, my body was so inflamed that it just kept producing excess mucus & then I am unable to breath through my nostrils. I have had a mucus problem for three consecutive years - no relief. Anyway, after trying this product, I noticed that I have been able to breath. However, this clever lady decided to try two other supplements along with this product and I have complete clarity from mucus, congestion & sneezing. I am so thankful and relieved. The other two supplements are black seed oil capsules and Mucus Stop. These three supplements have done wonders for me. I have tried everything and nothing have worked for me, so taking these three together have made a world of difference.It is expensive but so worth it, if you want true relief. Because I have such severe allergies and sinus issues all year, I decided to research about Rootology Breathe Free. I am so happy to say that I did read several reviews before purchasing this product. YES, I am very happy I decided to try. Yes, it is expensive but, it has been the best thing that has worked for me since the past 10 years. I was so congested I thought I may have to be hospitalized, but thank God for this product. I do plan to purchase more bottles just to never run out. I have also recommended to my family and friends. I hope they never stop making this product. LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!!
