Nice pool cue , good price, slow shipping
Although it took longer than expected to receive, USPS, it arrived well packaged. The box/case included is nice but doesn't have a handle if you wanted to carry it, I don't believe it was intended for carrying. I already had a nice konllen case so no big deal. The cue and shaft are very nice and straight as an arrow. The finish is almost as nice as my viking cue, and it is well made. The tip actually plays well right out of the box, I didn't have to shape or soften it. Holds chalk good and has great draw. I have seen the "cheap" carbon fiber pool cues by other manufacturers and this is in a totally different league. Only you will know how little you paid. It looks like a much more expensive cue. The shaft is extremely smooth and has great feel. The grip is nice and comfortable. The balance is right on. I look forward to years of pool play with my konllen. This was a great purchase.

Great stick
This stick is well made and plays as good as any cue I've played with, including a $1400 Predator with Revo shaft. I currently also own a Cuetec with Cynergy shaft and I would not say the Cuetec is better or worse. The Cuetec Cynergy has a softer hit and sniper tip. That might explain why this stick gives you more feedback when you hit the balls. If you like a softer (more cush) feel, I would go with a Cuetec Cynergy or Predator Revo. But honestly, I am now favoring this stick over the Cynergy. It's really more preference than anything. Bottom line: This stick is definitely worth the money if you like a some feedback when you hit the balls. But if you like the softer feel, you may want to look at a different stick. Some people who own this stick say that if you change the tip to soft tip, the hit will be softer. I'm fine with the stick just the way it is.

Amazing cue for the price but…
The media could not be loaded. I’m going to explain the good, the bad, and the ugly. Let’s start out with the ugly. The carbon fiber shaft cracked after about 30 days of regular use. I don’t know how it did though. I took it out of my bag and it was cracked. Could have been the bag, but it’s hard to say. Now the bad. I’d say this is just nitpicking but it has to be said. The tip is…. OK in my opinion. Could be better. It’s a little hard but with some aerating, it’s pretty good. So out of the box, you’ll have to put a little work into it. To be expected for this price point. Now the good. The finish is excellent! Not a scratch on it when I received it. The inlays are great, shiny, and eye catching. I constantly get asked about it and when people try it out, they love it. That brings me to the playability. It shoots straight. Like really straight. If your used to having deflection like a wooden cue, you’ll have to learn a little for this cue. It has a nice balance point and good weight. I did end up returning this cue due to the crack in the carbon fiber. But I’m getting the same one to replace it. I don’t believe it was a defective part but it might have been. Who knows. If your on the fence of buying this cue, do it. It’s a great cue and that’s why I’m getting another one.

Great Cue
Outstanding quality and performance, barely any deflection! Big difference between this and a wooden cue!

Excellent cue overall...and even better with the price.
To preface this, I've played with a variety of cues from production to custom, including high end ones. I've also dabbled in almost all the LD wood shafts at the time. This cue surprised me. You get a lot of cue for $300 (at time of purchase). There are some minor aesthetic flaws, especially with the base of the shaft by the joint on my cue. There's a side that hangs over a bit more, which you can see when rolled. Maybe it wasn't dead center upon drilling and a millimeter off or so.Eitherway, great purchase! It is now my everyday cue and beater cue. Play wise, it plays better than some of the customs I've owned in the past. I'm not sure how it stacks up in terms of its contemporaries for deflection, but I love the way it feels and plays.

Not a good stick and customer service is even worse
I noticed that the joint is out of position and you can feel it. The taper of the shaft is wonky. I have no idea if the joint movement is the cause of this but it definitely affects it's usability. Now customer service is a completely different issue entirely. I've told the manufacture several times I'm not interested in a refund I would like a replacement. Due to the fact that I bought it on sale they will not replace the item. I would not recommend this item or this company.
