Great brace for a great price
I purchased this approximately 4 weeks after reconstructive ACL surgery. The brace from my orthopedic surgeons office is big and bulky so I was looking for something supportive for sleep. I sized up because I was worried the size I usually wear (XL) wouldn't fit. I definitely should have ordered the proper size but it still works really well! It's comfortable, supportive and doesn't slide like most of the braces I've tried.

Getting old sucks
i was not sure this was gonna fit but it was cheap so i figured why not give it a try. but it fit well. seems well made and is comfortable to wear. it is easy to put on and adjust. it gives great support and makes the jount stable. i never had an issue with it sliding down as you are wearing it. over all its a great brace and you can't beat the price.

Well made and works. Best price available
This works for bad knees. Relieved the pressure when I walked and helped to speed up the healing. Only issue is the Velcro hooks that fasten the brace has to be almost exact or the hoke pile will be exposed and scratch the back of your knee, very uncomfortable, but I took a sock that would stretch and cover the area the brace went over and cut the toe and put it on first. This made wearing the brace very comfortable.

Great brace
Good fit, good securing, feels supportive and doesn’t dig into my leg. Seems well-made so far. I have had two ACL surgeries so I’ve tried a good amount of braces. This is a great option especially given the price. I played pickleball in it and it’s working great so far.

Decent
Purchased for my husband. Not as well made as I initially thought. The straps were a bit confusing at first. It works as far as a knee brace and it’s great that it comes in bigger sizes.

Excellent Support and Comfort!
I’ve tried a few knee braces before, but this one is by far the best. The dual metal side stabilizers make a huge difference in keeping my knee supported without feeling too bulky. The open patella design is very comfortable and helps relieve pressure around the kneecap. I use it for running and daily activities, and it stays in place the whole time without slipping. The adjustable straps make it easy to get the perfect fit, and the material feels durable yet breathable. Since using it, I’ve noticed a big reduction in pain and much more stability in my knee. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with ACL, MCL, or tendon issues!

Sparthos Knee Brace - Relieves ACL, MCL, Meniscus Tear
The 3 star rating is based on my practical use of this knee brace. I wanted something sturdy and supportive and this brace certainly provides that. The size chart also seems to be accurate. The problem I had is the design of the brace is just too much. I watched the video and it looked simple enough to use, however, in practice, it is quite cumbersome to put on. Once on, it works and feels good. But there are so many velcro straps and some are too long, that you spend time untangling it all. You first wrap the brace around your knee and where the 2 ends meet behind the knee and you overlap them using the velcro strips on the brace to hold it in place, both at the top and at the bottom. Meanwhile, you are navigating around the 4 extra long velcro straps that are hanging. Once you have secured the brace at the top and bottom by overlapping it behind your knee, then you start the process of feeding the 4 velcro straps through their designated hoops. If you find the brace isn't snug enough you have to re-do the overlapping portions behind your knee. If you try to make the brace more snug by tightening the velcro straps, then the sections you overlapped become bunched up. Like I said, once I could get it properly adjusted, it felt great and offered great support. But I found the process of putting it on more than I wanted to deal with on a daily basis. I had to return it...too much work. Sizing chart was accurate for me.
