This heating pad is nicely contoured to fit around your neck and shoulders to get the heat where you want it, but like other reviewers the snap fastener is too loose, there should be several fasteners to the pad snug around your neck, a chip clip will suffice.

Nice, but wish it was larger on the shoulders and more adjustable snaps. I'm small and still wish it was longer on the shoulders. Love the heat around the collar too.

Got this to help with neck pain since a regular heat pad won't hold in place. The heat is good, but it would be nice if it had more button adjustments for sizing around the neck. The auto off feature is nice, but I wish it still had an always on option. Overall though it isn't bad for the money.

I purchased this for my fiancée who has neck problems and she feels immediate relief when using this. You don't have to use it in its highest setting for it to be effective. Highly recommend!

In the picture the design looks good. However, it is made for someone who is not petite. The picture on Amazon and on the box shows the heating pad more proportionate to the model. The heating pad is very stiff and does not lie flat on the body. It would be great if it came in different sizes.

Bought this for daughter for Christmas 2 years ago. She loved it so I decided to purchase one for myself. She’s right. It is a good product.
