Belt is not heating properly as expected to use when required, taking very long time to get heated

Buyer beware! Since this product ships from India, they don't tell you when you purchase it that you can't use it in the U.S. unless you have a plug converter. I feel that if they're selling it to U.S. customers, they should include a converter. Since I had to purchase a converter on my own at my own expense, I have no idea if this product works yet.
