Q: why do some of the wax filters do not work

They appear to have a quality control problems. The last several orders had filters that did not fit tight and didn't work. I spoke with my audiologist who verified they had a problem which all patients were reporting these issues. I also have had some that fit but I couldn't hear and were solid plugs. I think we need to report these problems to Oticon. Since there are no other options, we are at their mercy which is unfortunate. They are too expensive to have such a high defect rate. I have encountered 50% defective in some orders. Complain to the vendors and request non-defective replacements.
