I absolutely love the design and functionality of this smartphone gimbal - but regrettably I had to return it because it’s not compatible with the iPhone 13 Pro Max. Yes, there are YouTube reviews suggesting otherwise, but I think the iPhone 13 Pro Max is just too heavy for the gimbal motors and in my case the gimbal did not function correctly. I have owned many gimbals over the years so I speak with experience.Although the product specification - and weight limitations in particular - suggests it can operate with the iPhone 13 Pro Max fitted, regrettably it didn’t work for me. A real shame

The magnetic attachment pictured in the listing and the kit’s instructions does not come with the kit. they should state that clearly. what the point

What a nice product it is, so small but so strong!! The best feature for me is the gesture control because we are out a lot and over festive period its all about the family pictures!! In terms of setup, Once i downloaded the app (Which is great look and feel by the way) it had everything including lots of very good setup videos for each feature which was super useful. I have used the wireless charge and its quick, offering me a decent percentage to carry on my day, really impressed by all the other features it has as well, super product!

Received my Powervision S1 Gimbal and wasn’t let down, the best feature for me is the Al tracking because I don’t stand still when I’m calls so when I am using video conferencing on my phone it follows me! The App is very good, lots of good setup videos which was super useful and the quality of the product is very good. I have had a few Gimbals in my time, the fact is this is so small is very useful and although I haven’t used it, knowing I can power my phone whilst travelling is fantastic. Great Product!

The packaging was very nice and informative and upon taking the product out it was very nice quality look and feel, very easy to use and set up, very pleased! The functionality was also very good and easy to use with gesture control and the gimbal in use was super stable which is what I wanted! I use it now for video calls as it tracks where I walk (I never stand still)! The wireless fast charge is also very good, used it yesterday while in the train so got me home no problems! Loads of other editing features and things I need to use but so far, brilliant!Very nice, very pleased!!

So the product was developed and launched on IndieGoGo and after it shipped the customer service team disappeared. No new phone cases available, no support, no app updates for some of the documented issues.It was great product at launch and had potential but it's been abandoned and left with no support or even a contact email.Also you cannot rate the camera out of 5 as it is a gamble, not a camera.
