My product arrived way before it was estimated to which was a very pleasant surprise! It came beautifully packaged and what impressed me the most was a handwritten Thank You card that came along with it! Such a personal touch! The name plate itself was beautifully made, everything centered and spelled correctly! All in all I was very pleased and would definitely order from them again!

I ordered this as a gift and received the wrong name. Contacted the seller through their store and explained the mixup. They made a new one and sent to me right away. I am extremely pleased with the product and customer service. I understand this is a personalized product and that the remake was on their dime, so for the mistake to be admitted to without hesitation and new one created/sent shows great customer service. I ordered this product for my desk and when I received the product, the design on the side was faded with very little color on the flowers, My name was smaller than the advertisement and it didn't look like the photo pictured. It took almost a month before I received my order. I will never recommend this product to anyone to purchase.
