this review is for the Humpback Whale. My daughters have been collecting these kits for a couple of years, after receiving one for a gift. My daughters are pretty good at assembling things and are crafty- they are between the ages of 9-12. I think they like these because it does take some effort, but not an extreme amount of time to complete- and the outcome is a super cute animal. The pieces are sturdy and they haven’t had a problem with them breaking. I would recommend these for older Elementary kids who do OK working with smaller pieces. Between my two daughters I think we have at least 25 of these animals that they have assembled- they are fun for kids who like to assemble and craft.

These are so much fun! My 9yo really loves “building” them together. They take about 20-25 minutes and they turn out exactly like the picture. They’re good quality (for being essentially cardboard) and I highly recommend them. We’ve almost collected all the sea animal ones!
