Q: Do many of these die early? I had two that didn't last two days.

While it sounds like you may have some other issue causing premature failure. Maybe an overvoltage on your board or something. You do have (i think it's) a 3 year warranty. against defects. Been running mine with zero issues.

Hi, The warranty info is on the back of the package on our Amazon store page. Q: How long can i write data before the dram cache is filled up a d then whatnis thw write.speed.

Since this is a DRAM Chip, the Cache will drop to it's original value each time you turn off and on your machine. Now, for Non-Cache having SSD's, the Cache memory info will stay there on the chip indefinitely until you purposefully get rid of it.
