This is the best massage cream out there. Little to no odor, effective, small amounts go a long way, and does not leave skin feeling oily/ sticky. I am able to effectively target the soft tissue I am aiming for with maximum comfort to the superficial skin for the patient. This is what the clinic I worked for used and what I use professionally now on my own as well. Highly recommend.

My wife is a physical therapist and has professionally used Free-Up. For home, it is her massage cream of choice, and we use it for feet, calves, hamstrings, back, shoulders, and neck. There's no lingering odor or residue, but it does leave skin well moisturized, which is a plus that is not advertised as such. It's a thick paste cream consistency, but is smooth and works well to protect skin during massage. In our experience, it does not stain towels or linens, and is not messy. I don't even feel the need to wash my hands after applying. I did not give an additional rating for pain relief or scent, as Free-Up is a massage cream that does not contain perfumes or any pain medicine. It's more expensive, but it is a professional grade product, and worth the cost in my opinion. I would suggest purchasing the larger 16 oz jar, as it is more cost effective that way, but your needs may vary.

This is my favorite massage cream for deep tissue work. A little goes a long way. It has a long shelf life. This cream is not greasy and I have not had any issues with clients having any kind of skin reactions to it. Even though it is unscented, it does have a slight chemical odor. It is not fruity or anything like that, it just has a subtle odor but nothing any of my clients have complained about.The only con is that it doesn't hold up well in the heat or warm climate. You can't leave it in your car or garage, or anywhere warm otherwise the oil separates from the cream. Even if you mix back up and let it cool it doesn't seem the same. I'm a mobile therapist and I live in a warm area so I have to make sure to store it in a leak proof container and remember to not leave it in the car too long, which can be a hassle.

This is the exact product my physical therapist uses when working on my hip pain, so I got it for home use. My husband used to massage me with lotion. But, lotion gets sticky and doesn't allow his hands to glide during massage. This product is perfect. It provides enough slip to keep from pulling my skin and it isn't sticky. It takes just a small amount of product for the perfect massage. One tub lasts for many months, so it's a great value for a professional product.

It's very creamy and moisturizes at the same time. I don't waste a drop of it and will use any extra on my other hand.

This massage cream is magical. My physical therapist introduced me to it and I got a tub to keep at home. It's great for massaging into sore muscles at the end of a long day.

I use this for a different reason. I have have had “cactus hands”, dry elbows and feet my entire life. I was embarrassed to tears as a child when another child did not want to hold my hand to play a game. Shaking hands was not something I looked forward to because I knew what people must be thinking. I have tried enough creams & lotions to open a store. None of them had a lasting effect on me and usually just felt greasy. I happened to run across this on Amazon and tried it. I am amazed! Finally something that I can use as a light film on my skin. It softens, is not greasy and continues to work if I have to wash my hands. My hands feel softer for a couple of days after using it. The smell is very faint and probably less than most others. I don’t know the safety of the ingredients it is made from but I do know that this is the first cream I have ever used that has a lasting and softening effect. I now go more relaxed and confident into the world. I am glad I found this.
