I make a lot of my own bread because I am gluten free. This pan works perfectly for making gluten free hamburger buns. The pan helps keep the buns in a uniform shape and releases them easily after baking. There is no residue, and it cleans up easily. The pan can be floppy when lifting on its own so I would recommend using a cookie sheet underneath.

I bought this to cook gluten free buns.I was worried at 1st as the material looks like a window screen. I was afraid the dough would seep through. It didn’t at all! Buns came out perfectly. Also easy to get out of the pan and washing was a breeze. So pleased!

Overall it is not a bad product, however I thought it it would be a little different in material, that is okay, I will still do my best to use it.

Crumbs get stuck in the fabric and it is VERY difficult to remove. Spray oil almost rubberized. I would not recommend.

Doesn’t take up much room in caninet

Used it twice and both times, over half of the buns could not be removed from the silicon without tearing them in pieces. Followed ALL instructions on use.Complete waste of $22.
