Q: Does the strap go across the front seat bothering the backs of those in the front? Or doesn't the strap bother those in the front seat?

If you are referring to the strap around the bottom of the seat, no I can't even feel it. The one around the headrest doesn't matter either especially if it goes around the bars instead of the actual fabric of the headrest itself. All in all has very little to no effect on the driver and passenger front seats.

Q: Will installing a backseat car organizer affect the space in the rear seat? Is it comfortable?

The cover fits right against the backs of the front seat. It takes up very little room at all. I have them on both seat backs and forget they are in the car. So they do not cause any discomfort of any kind.

Q: What is the quality of the child car seat back storage bag, and is it easy to tear after putting in the items?

Not easy to tear. I have been using it for three months. I usually put children's toys, water cups, and picture books in the storage bag, which can fully bear the weight of these items. Still like new after three months of use.
