Phone was in relly good condition and works prefectly.

I have to say this little phone is a real gem! Looks brand new I couldn't be happier! Stock Android and no bloatware - just pure Android. Oled screen and brilliant camera! It's a joy to use and what a great bargain!

Adds a lot of weight to the phone but fits well and gives good protection

This is a good phone for using on Three, Wifi calling is enabled as is VOLTE on LTE band 20 and more importantly on LTE Band 3. It also makes use of the reprovisioned from 3G Band 1 and the download only Band 32. So you get the best performance from the Three 4G offering while you are waiting for 5G prices and bands to get finally sorted. As for the phone being 'Renewed' I cannot find any evidence of it not being a new phone so 100% renewed would be a better description, no marks or scratches anywhere and already upgraded to Android 11 with just the latest security update to download.

The phone was delivered quickly and appears to be in good cosmetic condition. It starts up fine and has no major problems.I cannot give 4 or 5 stars because the battery life is poor. This is my second pixel 3a (the first one was one I bought years ago). Compared to my previous 3a, this renewed one has noticeably worse battery life - battery drains quickly even with light use.I would much prefer a phone with some scratches and good battery over one with no scratches and poor battery.

It's in very good condition. It works well. Not being used to smartphones, I thought the screen wouldn't rotate and almost sent it back but then discovered that you have to activate that in settings. So if you're like me in that and think there's a fault, check it out online. There seems to be some preinstalled Japanese app which I can't uninstall. Overall very pleased.

This phone was purchased from Click and Get UK at Amazon in December 2021 it came with a 12 month guarantee via the Amazon refurbished facility.It has now failed on 2 separate occasions requiring it to be sent back to Click and Get uk.It has been repaired on both occasions, however i now regard it as wholly unreliable and i have advised the vendor that any further problems in the guarantee period then i will require a full refund.Purchasers of refurbished mobile phones be wary about how long these devices last for.Update August 2022 Just returned from holiday phone wouldn't access other networks and was locked into virgin. I am now seeking a full refund as this is the third time that the phone has broken down. It's totally unreliable.

Brought this phone as a back up, and was really surprised.Expected this phone, as used, to have a few marks or scratches. Instead it was perfect, not a single blemish. Indeed it looked brand new.For £138 it's a bargain, especially as it will get Android 12.

Honestly, this was a great deal. The phone was as close to brand new as it can get. The packaging came well packed and clean. From previous experience with other refurbished items, this was by far the best quality I have received.

Phone cane before expected delivery date, works like it's new, only complaint...the phone was not the one on the pic, back is all worn peeling and scratched. Speaker covers were ripped open and it was full of gunk. Didn't even get cleaned. Company said to reply to them with complaints, still have not heard back. All in all though, great phone I'm very happy. Will buy from them again

Le téléphone est en parfait état comme neuf. Il fonctionne très bien et la batterie tient 1 jour et demi. Il réagit parfaitement on ne voit pas que c'est un reconditionné.

Looking for a simple phone for good price. Got more than expected. Definitely will get it again.
