Very cool, works well once you figure out the moving bits. They seemed intuitive, but I worried I was about to break something every time I pulled on something, until I made it rhrough without breaking anything. :)To get the picture in, just pull up from the inside edge of the front of the frame on each side to open, put the picture in, and snap it shut again.Also the kickstand on the back can slide off, be turned 90 degrees, and slide back into the other slots on the back to change the picture from portrait to landscape. (My son's class picture went into this frame.)I like the price, the color, the look, the mechanics. Very clever and well done and hopefully someone getting royalties on a patent for this design where you don't need a screwdriver or thick calluses to bend metal to get a picture in a frame. Hopefully they put some out in other sizes and maybe colors - I'll be on the lookout!

I have purchased 4 of these frames for a photo of an aluminum sculpture. The frame really enhances the photo. The frame itself is a little strange.In order to put in the photo you must lift the frame pieces up like wings. Once you figure that out it is okay. I found the instructions to be useless.
