how do you install this? is it better to wet the suction cup?

What is the difference between Sliver 1 & Sliver 2?

Both previous answers completely are wrong! Silver one comes with one holder, Silver Two comes with two holders. It says so right in the description! Helloooooooo.

My shower wall has small mosaic type tiles. How does this product work on that application?

Our shower head holder needs to be used on smooth and clean tiles. The contact surface of the smooth tile must be greater than 2.75 inches for the suction cup to hold it firmly, so we do not recommend using it on mosaic tiles. If the wall is not flat, you can use our attached tape to stick it, but it may not be very strong.
