I was dubious about these. Have used another well known brand for years for all sorts of hanging purposes to save drill holes in rented properties etc.Used these at work to hang a whiteboard without having to wait 5 months for estates. Perfect. I'm really pleased with these.

I wanted to like these, I really did. Unfortunately, there are just too many problem areas that they won't adhere to. I have used them for a number of jobs, some successfully and some not. I have a door that has had one in place for a few years. Its purpose is to be a hook for a Christmas wreath. Works great. On the same door, I mounted four of the same hooks to act as support for a hanging shoe rack. After a couple of months the adhesion has gone. Same door. The weight should not be a factor as it is well within the combined limits of four hooks. On the same doors in the house, I have successfully used the hooks for hanging clothes. Go figure. On reflection I can't really recommend these.
