Tastes Good, Blends Well and Boosts Energy!
I am a bit of an energy drink addict and I generally do not love their replacements however something about this being a liquid formula really made it blend nicely with water and it really did help pickup my energy! I will forsure be getting these again!

Great flavor
The flavor of this was excellent! For people who don't really like drinking water by itself (like my mom haha), then this is a great additive. I'm not sure that I felt extra energized but I did enjoy consuming it.

Great for long days!
This product is awesome! It tastes great, is super convenient, and provides amazing, long lasting energy throughout the day. I wouldn’t use this as a preworkout because it takes a little while to kick in and it’s not like a big burst of energy at once, but for a long day, it’s an amazing long term energy booster!

Disappointed
I wanted a nice mixed berry drink that would give me a pick-me-up in the afternoon when I tend to snooze in my chair. I didn't get it with this Mark Healey Signature Energy Liquid Pack (Mixed Berry, 10pk). Instead, I got a foul-tasting, too-sweet drink that never did give me any energy. Bad taste, no energy, so no recommendation!!
