Perfect for any use in the kitchen since is a 00 flour! This is one of the best Italian brand that you should use if u love making fresh egg pasta, some type of bread etc! Highly recommended!

Excellent.
Use this flour for all my baking needs. I found traveling thru Italy the bread and pasta there did not effect my sugar levels as much as here in US. After researching Italy bans some of pesticides stomach issues Update; Last 2 deliveries has been bad. 1st the package was empty package was damaged. Got refund ordered again. On arrival package was intact but the flour package was cut and flour spilled in envelope. Previous orders mailed in box. Flour bag wrapped heavy in plastic. I will be looking for another vendor.

Great for Pizza dough
We love making homemade pizzas, and this flour makes the perfect dough for the pizza crust. Very easy to use, and rises perfectly. It's also better for you that U.S. flour!
