I have average woman's hands I got a medium
These are super high quality you'll feel comfortable in them. My hand measures about seven and a half inches across the finger area I mean you know the hand area when you wrap something around your hand and the medium fits fine it's a little loose but I wouldn't go with the small I got the Smalls and I tried the Smalls and they're too small. Unless you're extremely teeny tiny 5 ft tall little tiny lady don't get small. If you are a gigantic 6-ft person with long arms and big hands then get large. If you're somewhere in between get medium. Easy peasy. Love these gloves use them in the gym.
