I didn't like that item because most likely it was old expired Q10, pills stuck inside like a glue and i had no chance to pull them out, demanding a replacement. Thanks

Nutritionally, they work for me. Also, they are smaller and easier to swallow. I take other Solgar supplements and all are good. In twenty nine years Solgar always works well. I have read Solgar is a leader in this field. What's not to like?
