At first I was skeptical about this Euro-formula conditioner but was pleasantly surprised by the performance. It's really light, not heavy or greasy as most American hair conditioners are, and although the fragrance is a little peculiar I have adjusted and give this 2 thumbs up. My hair is greying and shoulder length, not thinning per se but I'm dealing with a big change in the overall texture of my hair as I stopped coloring it a couple years ago. This conditioner makes my hair soft, it feels full but without a gunky coating as other "thickening" shampoos and conditioners left it feeling. The scent is herbal and maybe even a little medicinal when applied, but the fragrance doesn't stick around so isn't a problem. The product rinses from hair super quickly and it really feels like there is no residue on my hair or in the bathtub. I'm really pleased and have ordered another Klorane conditioner/ shampoo combo to try and convert my husband.

I just got the product today and was super excited to have received it but sooo disappointed after using it.1st thing I noticed was that the bottle looked old, as if it had been on a shelve, in stock for years and had no expiration date. So I thought to my self.... “Maybe its ok?”I bought same shampoo as the conditioner but the conditioner DID NOT WORK! Was super watered down, doesn’t have a nice consistency, nor did it detangled my hair at all. After I brushed it out and waited for it to dry my surprised was that it looked so dry, had not texture at all and made it flat. Not even the cheapest conditioner at the grocery store has made my hair look this way. I never give bad reviews but because I try to take good care of my hair I have to share my experience for this product. I don’t buy cheap products for my hair and this felt like one.The only thing I just realize is that I CAN NOT return it! I can only exchange for the same thing. So I have requested Amazon to go head and do so and see if the new one that they send will actually work.If it was for me to choose, I won’t order this conditioner again.
