Works and smells great!
Overall I had a good experience with this product. I lost my sense of smell after getting a respiratory illness early this year, while it partially came back it wasn't the same. I used this after reading other reviews and I'm glad I did. You do have to stick with it and have realistic expectations, I'm still not back to 100% but I'd say this got me about 75% back to normal.

It works-takes time and perserverance.
The product seems to be helping me-I lost my sense of smell & taste May 2024. I purchased the MOXE and began using 11/29/2024-I can smell the oils very well-I have begun to taste (intermittently) and smell sometimes-even though I can smell the essential oils clearly-I cannot smell my perfume (it still smells odd), and my shower gel still smells "generic". I can smell my husbands cologne-may be the oils used in each product. I will say initially I really could not smell the oils-so I KNOW they work-I perform the smell practice daily with each kit and sometimes more than 1-2x a day. I cannot smell food cooking-but can taste somewhat. Since I am only on week 8 and have also begun taking Vitamin D, Zinc, and Vitamin A. I am also going to see a ENT to rule out polyp however I do not believe this is the case. My PCP is in agreement with this practice and likely a virus that caused. I am hopeful that after the 12-16 weeks as recommended, (OR by May 2025). I will be back to normal. Thank you.

Only half of them worked
Half of the ampoules smelled like nothing as verified by my husband who does NOT have anosmia. Update: After posting my three star review, I was contacted by the seller and offered a full refund. Adding an extra star to original review for customer service.

easy to use, but not not refillable
I bought this inhaler kit when I lost my sense of smell after a contracting COVID. After learning you could do sense training to support recovery of your sense of smell, I was going to buy the supplies on Amazon when I discovered that some companies were making kits just for this purpose. I chose this one because I thought the compact kit containing simple tubes would make it easier for me to fit in the training. And they are very easy to use. My sense of smell did start returning before they kit arrived, so I don't know if I am the target audience -- maybe it was going to come back anyway. My two complaints are that the inhalers are not refillable. They are such nice little tubes, but when the scents wear out, that will be the end of their usefulness. My other complaint is that while three of the scents are reasonably accurate, I think the lemon smells a bit off. At first I wondered, of course, if it was my sense of smell, but as I have regained the ability to smell day by day, I am increasingly convinced that the lemon is not right. It smells more like a lemon deriviative than lemon. Maybe like mildly flavored lemon drops. But not like lemon.

Worked really well
I recently had Covid and noticed (with horror) that I had lost my sense of taste and smell. I did some research and found that the essential oils rose, eucalyptus, lemon, cinnamon and lavender were recommended for “scent therapy” to try and retrain your senses. Buying bottles of each of those would’ve bee cost-prohibitive. This pack was affordable and had all of those and more. I’m glad I ordered it. I used it for a week a few times a day and now am almost totally recovered - very effective product. I’m not saying the was a cure - but it did help me to recognize scents clearly and was easy to use.

Very much improved!
I purchased the Phase one and two kits together on 2/1/23. It's now early May. I lost my sense of smell and taste in mid 2020, during a surgery. I've tried light therapy (did wonders for carpal tunnel), nerve simulation, and massage, none of which helped. After a couple of weeks of dilligent use of kit one, I could mix these up and tell which was which, altho they didn't really smell like I remembered. I followed the directions and after a month, the smells became stronger and they actually smelled like I remembered. When smelling, I pictured the item I was smelling and tried to remember a positive experience with that smell. By the time 8 weeks went by, I was ready to try the second phase. These odors are much more subtle and I still can't identify the smells, altho each has a distinctive smell... Just not what they're labeled. But here's the great news. Last week, I put on some perfume and I could smell it all day. More often than not, I can smell the body wash in my shower. And today, I could smell brownies before I took them out of the oven. Considering I tried other things for about 18 months with no results, I'm thinking this might have turned the tide. I will keep up with this and hope I continue to improve. Worth the $40 in my mind!

Not working at all
So I started this sixty-six days ago. I wanted to give it some time before writing a review. The inhalers smell the same today as they did on day one for me. With Covid loss of smell, everyone is experiencing different smelling symptoms and these scents will be different for everyone so I won't go into detail of my experience with each individual scent. I wanted to merely give my feedback and review on this kit to help others. My sister in law lost her smell from Covid as well and ordered this a few weeks before I did and this kit is not working for her either. I purchased both kits in order to really make an effort. I will come back with an update. UPDATE: I have successfully completed 12 weeks with the first kit, not missing a day and keeping a strict journal and am now on week 2 of the second kit. When I looked back in the journal from when I began this, the scents haven't improved for me...they are rated the same numbers as week 1 and my smell and/or taste has not changed at all. If anything, all that happens when smelling the inhalers daily for so long is that I got used to the four scents, but again, no improvement on taste or smell and these inhalers never smelled to me like what I should be smelling or what I remembered lemon, rose, etc to smell like. In addition, I'd like to add that kit 2 is an optional purchase, but purchased it thinking it will really improve my smell. After successfully completing the entire first kit for 12 weeks, wouldn't you think that my smell/taste should have improved just a LITTLE more? Well, no, because the grapefruit and cinnamon in kit 2 have absolutely no scent to me at all. Very discouraging. UPDATE: It's now 7 weeks into kit 2 and after talking to my cousin who ironically is a guy (most are women with taste and smell loss) who lost his taste and smell back in Oct 2019 from Covid, he had been doing the smelling of essential oils also and nothing changed for him. This has been a bit of a hassle, the kit is always beside my bathroom sink with a notebook and pen marking my results and after doing this religiously twice a day for months, I have finally decided to toss it in the trash. My final result is that my taste and smell haven't improved at all. I have maybe 5% taste and smell from getting Covid 18 months ago and what I do smell or taste isn't what I remembered. This is the exact situation I was in prior to starting this product. I will officially say this kit was a waste of money, at least for me. (By the way, Dr. Bryan Ardis online will mention nicotine and I've done that with the nicotine gum and that doesn't work. The burnt sugar/orange didn't work either.) Instead of focusing more on the olfactory nerve being damaged from Covid as the internet states, I am big into the Medical Medium and have been reading his Brain Saver book. In there he discuses long term Covid symptoms and I believe it may have something to do with the Epstein Barr virus that is perhaps preventing my taste and smell from being blocked. My focus is now on taking his approach. If I find a cure, I will be sure to update this review :-) I hope this helps.

It works
Skeptical at first but thought I'd give it a try. Three weeks in and it's working.
