It serves its purpose, but the power cable is short, so you'll need to place it near an electrical socket.

Poor quality
I bought this kettle twice, every time it stops working after a couple of months. Now I moved to another brand.

Ok so a few month in and have changed my rating from 5 to 3. The issue is there are two screws holding the lid to the handle and those have totally rusted! At least use proper stainless steel screws on a product. Also when the water boils and condenses on the lid, it then drips through the cavity of the handle and makes a mess on the base and kitchen benchtop. Otherwise the kettle works really well, real shame about these design flaws.On week three now of using this kettle about 3-4 times a day as we drink a lot of tea. Absolutely spot on, really good that there is no plastic inside that touches the water as it boils.
