Steer clear of these batteries
Steer clear of these batteries. They were priced very low, but I tried them anyway (perhaps a mistake). Instead of a 16-pack, I received four 4-packs. Okay, no big deal, but then I noticed two black spots of unidentifiable staining on one of the packs. It was hard to identify, it was hard and dried as opposed to the softness of corrosion (although the cardboard did swell some under one of the stains). This led me to view the batteries themselves more closely. One, they are made in Indonesia, versus different Energizer batteries I own which were purchased in a local supermarket and are labelled made in the USA. Two, the labels of the batteries seems not quite as well affixed to the battery along the bottom rim. It's hard to spot, but the quality of the label placement (on each individual battery) seemed very slightly less well done than the USA batteries.I'm still debating whether to put these batteries in any electronics I own...
