It has 12 tabs, but inside each tab are 2 pockets.

Q: Where are tab replacements available? The tabs do come out and can be replaced, so having that option would be helpful. Thanks

PS - The sheet is longer than 8 1/2 x 11, so I made two columns, and stuck them together. No one but you will ever know.

Q: What do you use to write on the index? Can you use erase markers and then erase when you want to change the index?

I have only used Sharpie permanent marker on the tabs and it works very well.
