Value!!!!
DO NOT HESITATE. DON'T SECOND GUESS YOURSELF. BUY THIS HEADSET!! If your a picky little snoot. Then go buy you a $500 Sena so you can tell everyone you have a Sena.My wife and I were going to a rally. It's a decent ride and wanted communication and some tunes. This headset was under $40. Some of the reviews were negative, some positive. So I bought a pair to try. As far as bang for buck YOU CANT BEAT THESE!!!!!We rode to the BBB rally. It's a 4 hour ride there, rode all weekend and then a 4 hour ride back. Made phone calls, listen to music, did the two-way radio thing. Did it all on a single charge!!!!There are pros and cons to this headset, but I'm telling you, for less than 40 bones.....I'm buying two more so we can all have a set.Pros......value, ease of use and battery life! They are not complicated. Easy to install and they sound good. Especially when I use my equalizer on my phone. The quality of your helmet will drastically improve your listening experience!!!! I have a cheaper noisy helmet, so on the highway I'm at max volume, but let me tell you, when I'm just cruising in town I have to turn them down. They are loud for me. They pair up fast. When a call comes in while riding, the transition from music to phone and back is automatic and seamless! I ask people how I sound when talking on the phone, they say I'm clear as a bell. Very minimal background noise for the other person on the line. They say they can hear my pipes (Harley-davidson with V&H long shots)But I'm still loud and clear, so the noise canceling is effective. I can ride at highway speeds and still hear my tunes. It could be a tad louder, but I think if I had a better helmet or a more quiet helmet it would change that.I can use all the buttons and functions while wearing gloves. The main button is a large button and the smaller ones stick out far enough I can feel them even wearing winter gloves. There's only 4 buttons to push and it's a very simple headset.Cons.....really not very many. They are easily overlooked because these things only cost $36.00!!!!! But here are mine.Sound quality could use a bump. So better sounding speakers and a tad louder for highway riding. The instructions say once a set has been paired together, it's supposed to be a one touch push to enable two way communication between riders. When you want to do intercom, everyone can't just start pushing the intercom buttons. One person needs to initiate the intercom process, then the other parties can join. The transition to intercom was always successful, but sometimes we had to try a few times. It wasn't as seamless as the radio to phone to radio. However, we were always able to make it work. Phone calls at highway speeds. I'm always clear as a bell, however the person I'm talking to, sometimes they are hard to hear at highway speeds. I think that boils down to, just needs a bump up as far a speaker quality and a more quiet helmet. Intercom at highway speeds, I actually had to turn my volume down! Now if I had bought a 300 or 400 Sena headset, I would expect zero issues. But this is a $40.00 headset that in my opinion can't be beat.

Good quality one defect
Really good sound and quality but the stickiness overtime may fall off and is easy to unstick after a few months but overall a good product.

Son approved
My son bought this; he said it was quite nice. He purchased a remote control that attaches to the handlebars and can connect to the headset via Bluetooth, allowing him to manage the helmet device's tool functions.

Affordable and great entry level device for a new rider
I recently bought a '22 Ryker Sport and have a passenger seat. I wanted to be able to communicate with my passenger and still be able to take calls and listen to music. It does just that.Installation was simple and only took a few minutes once I started removing the liner from my helmet to access the various contact points. The cords are long enough to route under the liner which made it easy to do a clean install. The unit mounts securely to the base plate which is held on with 3m tape.As for the transmitter. The Bluetooth paired easily with my phone the same way any other Bluetooth device would. The intercom mode is simple to sync as well.My likes are:. Callers hear me clearly even while I'm in motion. The fastest I've driven while taking a call was 55mph. I have a windshield so that most likely contributed to noise reduction. Again with my windshield as a factor, I am able to hear music on the interstate at 70mph. Toggling between intercom and bluetooth modes is a simple button press. Picking up a call is also one press. Volume controls are simple and skipping songs just requires a long hold which is good and bad especially if you are on two wheels. Taking your hand off the bars is always risky business. On a tryke it's a little less risky.Things I don't like are:. I haven't been able to activate my Google assistant to give my phone instructions while driving. You are committed to which ever mode you are in. If you are in Bluetooth you cannot hear the other person until you switch back to intercom. And the same goes for intercom mode - you won't hear music. I still have to test this but from what I've noticed; while in intercom mode you don't get a ring or notification of a call coming in. I only know calls are coming because my phone vibrates in my jacket pocket. The audio could be louder. I ride with earplugs and the sound makes it through perfectly fine but it could stand to be louder. The manufacturer should eher develop an app to customize it or offer a earplug mode which adjusts to offer a little more volume for riders using earplugs.Biggest problem I have had is one night after a ride one of the units completely froze in a powered on state. It was not functioning and none of the buttons would do anything. I decided to let it die and try charging it the next morning. Being impatient I returned to the unit 4 hours later and the buttons worked again so I was able to power it off. Haven't had any issues with it since.Overall I like that it does what it's supposed to do. I just wish it could offer a bit more volume. As a work around I have adjust the equalizer in my music app but it only affects music in that app and phone calls and the intercom are still a little low with earplugs in.For under $40 and being a new rider I'll take it.

Works great
I installed this on my helmet about a month ago. Had to play with speaker placement a bit but all helmets are made different so I expected that. I ride a scooter with a very loud exhaust and this can still be heard very good over the noise. For the price this thing is excellent.

Don't let the low price scare you
This thing is a awesome product. I don't know how I went so long without one of these. Don't hesitate on this one guys it's perfect. Don't let the low price scare you. I've used mine for over a month now and it holds a charge really well. It's never shut off in me not even once.
