I wanted to try the Bergamot for my cholesterol. I haven't taken it long enough to know if it will works. Thorne always has great products.

I have been taking this about a month now. It’s easy to swallow and doesn’t really have a taste. I think it’s helping me stick to my healthier eating and exercise plan. It makes me feel full after smaller portions. I also feel like my stomach is less bloated. It’s not a miracle that made me drop a bunch of weight with no other changes, but I think it supports my approach. I also had no side effects from it which is rare for me. Any other similar type of weight loss support supplement gives me some type of mild to severe side effects such as stomach issues or jitteriness.
