Poor quality Harddisk gave out after warranty period
Harddisk just after 1 year. Hikvision never replies to any customer care warranty requests. Seller responded but said he couldn't do anything since warranty for harddisk is only for 1 year. It took me 6 months of back and forth (I had to involve Amazon customer care, only then they responded) just to get this answer. I definitely regret buying this.

Totally fake product and complete waste of money
Do not purchase. Within a year, both the HDD and DVR stopped working. There's no customer support or service center available. Totally fake product and complete waste of money.

In night vision is far vision looks black. SMPS is not good quality, for 3 cameras background it was buffering. installed other SMPS working fine.Apart from night vision and SMPS everything is good.
