Yes, but only up to USB 2.0 speeds (480Mbps).

Does this support fast charge with a 20w plug ? Or how long it takes using this adapter to charge ?

As this is a simple plug adapter with no internal electronics, I see no reason as to why it would affect charging rates. [This is only a USB 2.0 adapter, not a USB 3.2 one, so it doesn't have the additional hi-speed pins, that are used to communicate with the hi-rate (100W) chargers.] If a 20W charge rate is all you need this should be fine.

Unbelievably good value

I like the Blukar brand and have a couple of their torches which I regard as good quality. These adapters are perfect, just what I was looking for. I like that they are so compact. They do the job perfectly. It is hard to believe that they work out at just £1.33 each. Quite a bargain in anyones book.
