Works perfectly
My expedition threw a code which I had a coil failing so I decided to replace all six, have not had an issue since and it's been about a year. Great product easy to do it yourself

Great Performance and Quality!
I recently replaced my ignition coil with the Motorcraft Coil Asy IGN (P) (DG549) and have been extremely impressed with its performance. It was a perfect fit for my vehicle and restored smooth engine operation. The quality and reliability of Motorcraft products never disappoint, and this coil is no exception—highly recommended!

Decent...would be better if under $50
Ordered this to fix a cylinder 1 misfire on 3.5 ecoboost. Only did it on hard acceleration, above 75% throttle. Once installed, the misfire did not go away. Figured it had to be the spark plug, so changed that, but put the old coil back on. Still had a misfire. Thought something bigger must be going on, but decided to try the new coil again with the new plug. Problem gone. Not sure why both parts together worked when either one alone did nothing. Oh well, it's fixed, so whatever. Gonna do the other 5 coils and plugs soon since old ones have 122k miles on them. At $70, these are fine, and oem in this case is pretty solid. Would be nice if they were under $50 each so you could do all of them for less than $300, but I guess aftermarket stuff will accomplish that if you don't mind sacrificing quality. I personally want the better ones.

Not recommended!
Installed six of these on my 3.5 eco-boost F150 along with new spark plugs. Made sure they were gapped correctly, etc. Then started up the truck and it idles like trash. So I then decided to start changing one coil pack at a time back to the old ones. The truck progressively ran better as I changed the coil packs back to the old ones. Old coil packs with new plugs and it runs perfect. These coil packs are not good.

Cleared misfire on 2012 f150
Has a misfire for cyl 1, new coil pack and it’s all good. Easy way to diagnose is swap the coil you suspect and rescan and see if the misfire moves with the coil.

Watch out
bought six coils All came is individually sealed bags but one of the six had a different harness. 5 had 3 wire harness one had a 2 wire harness and was black in color not brown like pictured. Of the ones that were the correct part I would say they work great got ride of my shutterings problem

Do not buy
Bought these on September in 2023. It’s now June and they have already went out. Probably less than 5000 miles put on them. Even changed the spark plugs too. Poor quality.
