Best Ergonomic Design
I originally had the NAOS 3200, a great mouse that lasted for about 5 years with daily use and it performed admirably. Sadly it can't be ordered anymore but I will be switching over to the NAOS PRO, so this review is for the overall design of this product family. This has been one of the best designed mice for someone like me who likes to use the palm grip, and is great at preventing wrist and joint strain from moving and repositioning the mouse. The finger rests on the right side are such a rare but indispensable feature for my grip style. I used to have major wrist and joint pain issues with smaller claw grip-style mice frequently used at work. I looked non-stop for solutions until I found this design, which addressed all my issues by ensuring a comfortable and wide grip, where I can rest my fingers and move the mouse without gripping too hard and stressing my ring and pinkie fingers.Other notes: the plastic is high quality and durable, and had very minimal chipping/flaking. However, the rubber ring for the scrollwheel was less impressive and broke off after a couple months. The scrollwheel still worked fine, but it was definitely the weakest link. I had no other issues with the sensors, wire, etc. After 4-5 years the left click started being "glitchy" because it doesn't properly register when it's being held down, but this was after heavy use - a lightly used backup is still going strong, so I can't take off any stars, all things considered!

Always going back to Mionix...
I'm a big guy with big hands. Most mice are relatively small for me, and eventually cause discomfort. This is my 3rd Mionix mouse and there's a reason I keep coming back! Not only does Mionix have great quality, but the mice are on the large side where you can comfortably rest your entire hand on the mouse without any fingers falling off.I tried a few other mice (Corsair, Logitech, non-name brand), and found myself just missing the sheer comfort that using the Mionix mouse gives. There arent a lot of frills, even though there are a lot of additional options with the software, allowing you to remap and create macros. The scroll-wheel is very serviceable, however thats where the fault began with my last Mionix mouse (scroll-wheel clicking stopped working after several years of gaming). It would be nice if they offered a wireless version of their larger mice, but now I have a backup wireless in the Corsair mouse if I ever need.If other mice leave your hand aching, Mionix is where its at.This is my first Naos Pro, but it feels right at home compared to the prior two Mionix mice I had.Claw grip and palm grip are both comfortable and easy.If you have SMALL HANDS, this mouse is probably not a good option for you, however!

A good fealing mouse, but sadly not a functional one.
I have had nothing but issue after issue and returned this mouse after using it for about a day. The physical DPI switches did not go to steps 4 and 5, so I was stuck on a very low DPI until I got the software to adjust it.The software to adjust it is also *awful*, as it does not let you simply type a number. It has a field for it, but it loves auto filling the field and throwing your cursor all over the place. If you want a custom number you either need to move a gauge back and forth or type the number somewhere else and copy/paste it. Once I FINALLY got that set up and fixed after much frustration, I went to play games. For whatever reason, even though in menus the cursor was fine, in game the mouse went 1000 miles an hour. My character did a 360 at the smallest flick. I'm willing to give it the benefit of the doubt that these were all weird windows 11 problems or something, but I recommend people steer clear of this one. Really wish I had better things to say about it, as physically the mouse feels really good in my hand, and that's why i'm giving it 2* instead of 1*.

Big Hands? Worth a giving a try
If you have big hands this is for you. Probably know that already. Very heavy (120g) ish and not the most agile but its cozy for big hands.

great mouse, but no longer supported by the manufacturer
i held out as long as i could. i loved these mice and keyboards and were my main hardware for my PC for years. in recent years the company no longer makes hardware of the same quality and doesn't support this hardware any longer.

Our Favorite Mouse
We used to use the older version, and when they stopped selling those, we tried one of their other designs. We did not like the way that one felt in our hands (husband and I). We were happy to see they made this style again. We ordered multiple to have extra (in case they stop making these). We have tried other mice and none of them feel as good as the NAOS 3200 and pro.

Favorite Mouse Shape
My brother bought a Mionix Naos 7000 over 10 years ago and as soon as I tried it I knew I had to get one for myself. It lasted me years, but eventually the mouse wheel click began malfunctioning. It would double press or not activate at all when pressed. I eventually bought this one to replace it last year and it's been fantastic. Unfortunately last night I spilled my drink on it and, of course, the thing that broke was the mouse wheel click. I'm going to have to order another now. Thankfully they are very affordable.
