This IS the Good Stuff, directly from Modena Italy!
Great quality, taste, price and delivery. Glass bottle was well protected in multi layers of bubble pack. Unbelievable flavor. I use this to rub into beef, especially steaks. Also great for dipping sourdough bread, etc. Enjoy….. J

Delicious
I have tried other balsamics and was not impressed at all. This one is much better. Just plain excellent on a big variety of foods. WAY too expensive.

Amazing taste and versatile-small packaging issue
Having traveled all over Italy and sampling the local foods I find this is one of the best and authentic balsamics I have ever tasted. Its thicker than most making it perfect for drizzling on salads or a cheese plate. A little goes a very long way due to its bold and complex tones but not overly acidic nature. My one small concern is the packaging. The bottle is attractive and easy to handle. The first two bottles I received had a rubber pour limiter so one doesn't over pour when dispensing from bottle directly on foods such as a salad. The last few have not included this very helpful clever inclusion and I have occasionally over-dosed my food. I hope they send the next bottles with the rubber pour limiter.

Yummy
Delicious. It is not necessary for me to use any oil with this vinegar as it is thicker than most. To date this is my favorite Balsamic

So beautiful
Absolutely delicious. Its thicker than what you are used to but not as thick as a glaze. The flavor is full bodied and I used it for a red sauce to add depth, but on a salad this would be amazing.

A good medium priced balsamic that won't break the bank
This is a really big step up from the cheap balsamics you see in the grocery store. It's a small fraction of the cost of the real DOP Modena vinegars but it gives you a pretty close approximation. It's syrupy, sweet, intense but smooth. This should be used in application where it is added to olive oil for dipping, or dribbled directly on salad, veggies, flatbreads, proteins. It's too good to just add to sauces or stews as a cooking ingredient though -- for that purpose, keep a bottle of balsamic glaze handy. To go up from this to the real DOP balsamics, the really old ones, it get super expensive -- $100 for 100 ml. That is like spending $300 for a bottle of Bordeaux -- not in my budget. It may be better but I'll never try to find out.

Always used to buy this brand when travelling to Italy. Nice quality for the price, viscosity is good. Great with meats, cheese, risotto or even on desserts like strawberries or ice cream.
