this is everything it claims to be. very easy to use. I get frequent fevers with no known cause and am trying to find the pattern of them and this is helpful. I can see using this with young kids as well or with anyone who is having fevers for any reason really though maybe expensive for some uses since they are disposable.

I recently purchased the Masimo Radius, and after spending some time with it, I feel compelled to share my experience for the benefit of others considering this product. Unfortunately, my time with the device was far from satisfactory, and I cannot recommend it.Accuracy IssuesOne of the primary reasons for purchasing the Masimo Radius was its advertised accuracy. However, I found this to be highly misleading. In my experience, the temperature readings were consistently off by a significant margin, ranging from 2 to 5 degrees. This level of inaccuracy made it impossible to trust the device for any meaningful purpose.Connectivity ProblemsAnother major issue I encountered was the device's severe connectivity problems. I struggled to maintain a stable connection between the Masimo Radius and my smartphone, which proved to be quite frustrating. The constant disconnections made it difficult to utilize the device to its full potential or to trust any of the readings it provided.Short LifespanTo add to my disappointment, the Masimo Radius ceased to function properly after just a few hours of use. It suddenly stopped reading temperature altogether, rendering it entirely useless. This was the final straw for me, as the device's short lifespan made it feel like a complete waste of money.In conclusion, my experience with the Masimo Radius was highly disappointing. The inaccurate readings, connectivity issues, and short lifespan made it impossible for me to recommend this device to anyone. I encourage potential buyers to look for alternative products that provide more reliable and accurate results.

This product is great it has been a huge help w my grandson who has epilepsy and does not regulate his body temperature - the only thing is the sensors are not available all the time for re order so if you purchase be sure to grab extra sensors

I originally thought these could be monitored from anywhere, but you have to be on the same Wi-Fi network. I bought them because my daughter has complex febrile seizures triggered by fevers, and I was hoping to monitor her while I was at work. Unfortunately, that wasn’t possible.Another issue is the adhesive — I had to leave the monitor on her longer than intended because it was very difficult to remove.

I’ve bought these several times and I love how they keep track of your body temp. Very useful.

Convenient. Has to be fairly close to phone to read, sometimes wouldn't read when phone was close. Mostly worked great. Probes stick longer than stated. Removed due to irritation and didn't expect it to stick again but it did, twice!

Accuracy wasn’t great until I placed it under my sons arm. After we stayed in a pretty close range. But then within the hour it stopped updating. I opened a new sensor before bed and it did the same thing except this time only updated for about 30 minutes then stopped giving updates and there’s no way to refresh it in the app. Waste of money.

Cannot comment on accuracy but the device works as described, battery last 8 days and the app exports a simple report listing the readings every minute.I do feel the device is very wasteful not having an easily replaceable/chargeable battery. I did find after tearing it open you can replace the battery (it's a regular CR2032 cell battery).Also find it wasteful that the device cannon easily be re-placed on the skin. The adhesive used is meant to stay on a week, in my application I only wanted to use the device at night so I used tape to re-apply the device as needed.If there's an update to the device I would like to see a means of turning off/on and easier battery replacement even if this is at a higher cost.
