In order to enjoy this handlebar tape, you need to analyze the design and its intent.The 3M adhesive backing is not only referenced to while describing installing but also does not cover the entire back of the tape. Which would lead on to believe it is merely for ease of installation. This tape would never stick to bars with the backing adhesive alone. It needs to be adequately wrapped then terminated with the additional tape.However, I do believe that the seller should be more direct about this and end user likely needs to read the instructions.Onto the tape details, it's a pretty nice bar tape for the price. I stretched it pretty good to get out wrinkles and had no issues with tearing. It has a nice quality feel and appearance. When wrapped correctly (emphasis here) with the provided plugs and the additional tape for the terminating end, I forsee this bar tape lasting long enough to justify the low price and then some.Good value.

This tape works very well as intended. Very comfortable on the hands and easy to install.

I bought this BV handlebar tape for my road bike and it exceeded my expectations. The EVA material feels cushioned and comfortable even on long rides, reducing road vibrations. Installation was simple, the tape sticks well, and it doesn’t slip during use. The black finish looks sleek and matches any bike. After several weeks of riding, it’s still holding up perfectly. Excellent value for the price and I would definitely buy it again.

Excellent value, quality tape, great elasticity! When installing handle bar tape. it's very important to use a quality grip tape that provides elasticity (needs to be stretchy). Sometimes the inexpensive grip tape looks good but not very flexible. I was pleasantly surprised with this purchase. he tape fells like quality and most importantly it has the elasticity to wrap around the curvature of you handle bars. I hate gaps in the tape so having the ability to stretch, you can get a nice tight wrap.

I have wrapped a lot of drop bars. I generally prefer to spend a bit more on bar tape since its the part of the bike I contact. But in this case, I needed some inexpensive tape to wrap bars on a bike I was selling.This bar tape was really nice to work with. It is 2.5mm thick and I received 80" of tape (X2) which was enough to wrap my 42cm drop bars. It includes two strips of a vinyl finishing tape and some plastic, tap-in bar plugs. The tape has the BV logo on one edge, assymetrically. I wrapped the bars so the BV logo was visible when standing aside the bike for consistency.I wrap bars 'backwards', starting from the center and working outward. This lets me wrap without using finishing tape so I didn't use the tape provided with the wrap.I was able to pull it tight enough and the adhesive that comes on it is strong enough to hold it in place while wrapping, but not so strong that it tears the tape if you need to remove it and redo it.All in all, I'm impressed with this tape for the price. If you need some inexpensive bar tape, this is the way to go.

Nice enough handlebar tape just wish it would have come with instructions on what to do with the odd bits and pieces of tape (?) it said look inside the box and I found nothing, even thought it might be on the box, nothing. If I didn’t do it right I’ll just use some electrical tape. 🤷

Wrapped very easily. I like the feel and thickness of it. I will update my review if they don't seem to hold up but good so far!
