Does a fit into a 2023Chevrolet Silverado 1500?

It is designed to fit a standard 2 inch hitch receiver. It just depends on what size receiver the Silverado comes with. If you haven't purchased three Silverado yet the dealer build sheet should display what size, if any. By default to my knowledge the Silverado doesn't come with a hitch receiver it is an upgrade.

Will this fit a jeep gladiator?

I also have a Jeep with 2" hitch, so it will work for your application...
