Good product and great packing. I really like the plastic lid which is useful when the tin is opened and need to be kept in fridge.

The product is a fine coconut milk. It's consistency is very thick and we can dilute is 3 times for a creamy texture coconut milk. Only challenge is a comparatively low shelf life once opened

Stopping by once again to tell ya all, this is the best! You ask why...I've been buying them from years but that's not the reason, clearly! It supports the fact/s though -° Add to sambhar or dosa aloo masala for a taste teleportation to the south of India° Add it to your red/yellow/green curry and enjoy a Tropical meal° Try it with chickpeas. Cook as you do, then, add as much as you desire, adjusting the consistency instead of waterYou only need a little? No problem, freeze the rest with the lid on immediately. You wouldn't have to worry for months and you can use any many times thawing as much as you need and re-freezing!Now enjoy cooking with it and some delicious meals.
