Buyer Beware
Well, I'm 0 for 2 when it comes to the new EK Velocity 2 Waterblocks. The block in full Nickle is really heavy, and the packaging really can't hold the WB in place in a suitable fashion.All of the pins that go through the MOBO have been bent on arrival. Really disappointing for a $185 part.Amazon sent me a replacement part that was in even worse shape. (I don't blame amazon, it's very poor packaging from EKWB). The replacement had 3 non-square pins, and one of the torque screws was no longer seated in the backplate, which would cause an uneven mount.What a shame! Was excited to complete my build with these parts, but I suppose I will look for something more suitable with better packaging.
