It is an oval pot, very lighweight. I find that to cook anything I must have it on high in order to have it cook for 8-9 hours. Medium is like a warming. Low....don't bother. I've only had it a few months and the LED lights are already going out on the display. I will be getting something else when soon, I'm sure.

Does anyone else’s make a clicking or popping sound when cooking? Mine does this every 30 seconds and it’s driving me insane!

I reached out to Amazon today because I was having the same issue. They wanted to refund me but I was hesitant as I am really seeming to love this product. So I decided to reach out to the company. I spoke with a very helpful lady who assured me that this noise is perfectly normal and comes from the key pad/timer area located on the front of the item. It just has something to do with the cooking process and the timer and is nothing to worry about. So glad I checked into this before asking for a refund or replacement. I am looking forward to many delicious meals in this safer, healthier version of a crock pot.
