perfect size for single folks!

I bought this 3 quart model in order to make meals for 1 - 2 people. The stoneware pot is heavy, but easy to clean. The pot itself can get quite hot, so need to be careful handling it. The cooker works as expected, able to make stews and, for example, a Cornish hen (see photo). Just fill the bottom of the pot with vegetables, in this case, halved sweet potato and carrots, so that the hen is a bit raised from the bottom. Season the hen with herbs, such as thyme, garlic, rosemary, and then add a bit of liquid, such as broth, cooking wine, about 3/4 inch in bottom, set the hen on top, cover and cook on high. This one was cooked for about 4 1/2 hours, to the correct internal temp, no pink juices running out of meat. Just remember that meat will not brown as in oven, but still okay. This cooker is easy to use, just set and go, free from the kitchen. Good price.

Love it it's just the right size for two people. I always have enough for left overs

This worked fine overall, but it was wider than the item dimensions listed when including the handles and thus bigger than I wanted. Unlike most people (who I guess didn't realize that this is supposed to be a mini size?), it was also a bit bigger in capacity than I wanted. But the main issue was just counter space. I was looking for something that would take up significantly less space than my Instant Pot 6 quart multi cooker. It's smaller, sure, but not by as much as hoped.The lid also gapped too much and resulted in too much evaporation. I know that it's not supposed to seal, but it was obviously a manufacturing defect because the lid looked a bit warped out of the box, and the gap was too big compared to other slow cookers I've owned. And my soup evaporated too quickly. I did end up returning this. I believe the dimensions for the other listing for this product are more accurate. I thought maybe they were different sizes/widths despite having essentially the same name and same capacity, maybe just different model years, but I think now that they're probably identical and that this one is just listed with incorrect measurements.

Works perfectly

The size is perfect for 1 or 2 people (or chili cheese dip). I can leave it on the counter and put my big, heavy 7-quart crock pot away for company. The oval shape seems easier to clean for some reason. The controls are simple - nothing fancy, which is what I wanted. Just a couple things that may concern others - the lid is a bit rocky/ill fitting. Also, just like my big slow cooker, there doesn't seem to be a big difference between low and high temps. Liquids can boil on low. One more thing --- love the red!

Love it. Cooking for two. I use it at least once a week. Perfect if you don't want a bunch of leftovers. Perfect cooking for 2 or 3. Nice quality! Buy it!!

This is the perfect size, exactly what I ordered. Seems to work well. Only gave 3 stars because the cord is incredibly short so I had a tough time finding a place in my kitchen to use it.
