Works great as a disiplay piece or for play
Not wanting to hand over my sonewhat-fragile Action Fleet or Micro Galaxy Squadron ships to my 7 and 8-year-old sons, I discovered the Mission Fleet line - small enough to not take up a lot of room, but large enough that dropped figures are recoverable, rather than lost to the high-pile void. One minor complaint I have (which kids may or may not share) is the inability to store a character's weapons aboard their ship. Din's Razor Crest does, and perhaps other models do, but I've nowhere to store Ahsoka's twin samurai-style lightsabers. I always find leftover accessories annoying when there's no storage for them. It's not exactly an issue new to toys but it's there nonetheless.Other than that, though, the figure has decent possibility and a great sculpt and paint. Same can be said for the ship - it's proportioned correctly and looks really nice.I would certainly recommend this for the price.

Compact
Love how small and detailed they are. Room for a whole lot more. This line rocks and the price is very reasonable. Highly recommend this item for Star Wars fans

Beautifully molded, but the underside leaves much to be desired.
The prime viewing angles of this little ship are gorgeous; R7 is fully painted in his correct colors, the painted sweeping logo of the Jedi Order is solid and doesn't feel like it will chip off, and the holes to mount the silly blaster cannon are relatively easy to ignore. The tip, like most Delta-7 Starfighter toys, is even made of hard rubber to prevent injury. However, upon inspection from any other angle you can clearly see Hasbro's cost cutting measures in action. The bottom of the ship is molded in solid beige, completely lacking the mirrored paint job of the top, accompanied by six silver screws. Unlike most toys or this nature, the only landing gear featured is the front pad, which doesn't slide outward from the body, but rather pivots into position to allow the toy to rest on it and its unpainted engines. From the back there is quite a bit of greebly detail near the engines, but Hasbro has decided to leave this in unpainted beige and the engines a light gray rubberized plastic throughout for an unknown reason. These two details especially make "flying" the ship around seem awkward. The inside of the cockpit is also unpainted, and much like Kylo Ren's fighter there are no numbs for the figures hands to grasp, leaving it rattling around inside the ship. Finally, a lot of work has gone into the Ahsoka figure, but sadly her face appears more glazed over than the "ready for battle" grin shown on the box. That said, the slight difference in green between her lightsabers is an appreciated detail. Overall, I'd say some paint will be needed to get this toy up to a collector's standards, but otherwise it's a lovely surprise to see something from this early in the Clone Wars series released in this day. Solid 4/5.
