Decent setup for the money
It isn't a premium rack set by any means, but for the money it's quality is to par. Rust issues immediately so you need to take precautions during installation such as coating connections hardware etc and the nutz that are welded on are not welded well so you'll need to beef it up a bit if it's going to be hard use work van install... good use of paint, silicone, and white rubberized coating and few tack welds and it's going to be pretty good.
