Q: Are they decently balanced?

No. I performed a salt test on the 5 d20s I received and only two were balanced. Two unbalanced dice biased toward 6, and 1 biased towards 4.

They are balanced; I did the salt water trick to make sure on the 20's, 12's, and 10's. I admit that I have not tried the lesser ones. They have standard number placement from what I see. These are my loaner dice at cons and for my regular group, so I have not used them a lot personally. They are pretty random, though, in practice.
