Merc 2-4-C grease
Actual OEM Mercury 2-4-C. Shipped from marine supplier, not Amazon warehouse. I was expecting a small tube like 3M 4200 but got a larger one about the size of a shampoo bottle. I’m just happy it wasn’t the quicksilver off brand, which isn’t bad, but this is better.

Worked great on my Mercury prop
Took about 10 minutes on land to remove my prop grease and put back on! Worked well!

Knockoff brand
It’s advertised as the Mercury OEM product, yet it arrives as the Quicksilver knockoff brand. Not a big deal, but I specifically wanted the Mercury bottles. It should be advertised as the Quicksilver label.

Solid, quality product
First time using any marine grease. Heard good things about 2-4-c, highly recommended via online forums.Arrived fast, properly in a plastic bag in case of a leak. But no leaks! Solid container.Applied to my outboard prop shaft. Perfect consistency for marine use. Will check in the Spring how it held up. I suspect, no issues.
