Works exactly like it should. My mother was always losing her pants or dropping her pump because it clipped on her waist band and so I told her there had to be another way and I found this she loved the idea and I bought it. She now uses it every day it sits under her shirts if they are loose fitting and if not she wears it over them and she has no issues! Her pump is small so she can carry a few small things in there like alcohol wipes and things she might need while out.

I would give this item 10 stars if I had the option. Fits pump perfectly but no room for anything else. No longer do I have my pump falling out of my pants pocket or when clipped to my belt. Comfortable to wear at night too. So happy I found this product. Quality fabric, adjustable belt and zippers work both left and right.

Without the belt, I would have to awkwardly hold onto my pump device whenever I had to sit down to use the bathroom. That, and the pump doesn't seem to have a great range to my CGM, which is placed on the back of my upper-arm. Having this belt solves both issues at once!

Overall would still buy another. My husband uses it for his Medtronic 780G insulin pump. Designed to fit very close to your body so pump just barely fits inside. Only drawback, the elastic belt adjustment doesn't stay at whatever size you set the fit, sliding open more and more as he moves around until it's spinning around under his clothes or under him as he moves around in bed at night. Had to safety pin the strap at the desired width to keep it in place. Part of it is because the elastic nature of the belt "walks" the slide adjustment with every stretch. We bought 2. They machine wash nicely, drip dry hanging up. Buttery soft to the skin. Buckle is very flat and smooth so comfortable to sleep with. Overall would be excellent for athletes that need a device pouch that hugs the body while working out or jogging or kids that would like a discrete slim pouch to house insulin pump.

I have been wearing a waist pack for my insulin pump since 2012 at night for sleeping. This one has been the best one yet. I have had multiple waist packs over the years purchasing mostly athletic/running waist packs in order to find a smaller bag size. The are multiple things about this pack that I like. The 2 way zipper is a favorite and is not available on many waist packs. I can put it in on without thinking about which side my pump tubing is on. The fabric is soft, smooth and comfortable. The pouch bag is flat and one of the things I like best because it lies against my stomach. Most bags are accordion type and are expandable for multiple items so the pump kind if hangs and sometimes twists around at night. There is room for a phone and other items if you wanted to wear it for running or other activities. The elastic is comfortable and not stiff. The price is reasonable. I would definitely order this one again.

Was nice for a few weeks to carry my insulin pump in daily use ...**literally 24/7** The elastics in the belt started to break one by one in several places. Within 2 months I had to replace with another (tried something different). Can't complain too much considering thelow price.

I like the elastic material, so it stretches very nicely. Plus, I love the zipper to keep my pump, so I don't pull it overnight while sleeping.

I bought this to carry my money and my car key, sometimes depending on where you go only thing you can carry is few items; well I can fit a pepper spray, my small wallet, and car key. Very convenient. It’s very discreet. It’s meant for an insulin pump. Totally recommend this item.
