Looks fantastic
Well-made item. Good price on this item. I do like the pop-up drain. It's way better than the linkage system I had. Cutting was required to fit my tub. No leaks after installation.

What’s not to like? It is what it is.
Worked great with the Kingston Brass Tub we purchased. Only complain is the drain plug gasket sometimes gets stuck to the lip of the top so does not seal the tub when you want to. Easy fix is just to use your hands to undo the fact that it’s stuck. I think some WD will help.

What I needed.
This was exactly what I needed. I have installed a deep soaking tub and this is the only drain overflow I could find to fit it. I did have to cut the drain pipe back to fit a standard drain, but that is okay, I used the extra pieces in my pipe and screen collection.

Claw tub drain
Love the brass and it fit perfectly on my claw foot tub in my cabin.

Great price and did the job.
From the go, brass pipe fittings are better. Not for all the piping but for that initial spots (drains). PVC tends to cross thread allot, especially when a few drains have been replaced. You wont feel the resistance as when you cross thread metal. In the end it will save you from water damage or that ceiling stain spot that you have to wait for it to dry to paint over.
