My nails have definitely improved since starting these. they feel stronger and have grown faster than usual! I haven’t noticed a difference in my hair but I love what’s happening with my nails

I have never really taken many vitamins, but I decided to incorporate more of them into my daily routines now that I’m getting older. I found this brand out through Nicole Kidman (a brand ambassador) while reading a magazine. She’s like my idol so I decided to give it a try. So far it’s only been less than two weeks and I’m noticing changes already! My hair has become SO shinny these past few days and even those around me noticed. I haven’t really noticed too much of a difference in my skin yet BUT I have noticed that the overall tone of my face is starting to look really even and a lot more “elastic” looking. I haven’t noticed a change in my nails either but I expect to see changes soon since it’s been less than two weeks. If you’re looking into taking some vitamins or just want a little boost in your hair and self care routine I highly recommend this product!

I’ve been using this for about a month and I have noticed that my hair is shinier and healthy looking. My skin has a better look/natural glow. My nails is where I noticed the biggest difference in the fact that they are not as brittle as to prior to taking this. I love that it is just one pill a day and to see a difference in just a month is awesome. Highly recommend.

I hate giving a review when I've only been taking them barely two weeks. So I haven't really noticed a change. All I can say is they are large to swallow. I don't have a problem, but someone else might. I think the value for the money is good, you get a lot of pills. Maybe by the end of the jar my nails will be long and beautiful along with my hair and skin will tighten right up. I'm joking of course.

I generally don’t like pills but I found these easy to take with no weird aftertaste. I feel like I did see a slight difference in hair growth and my nails seem to be growing in smoother. Definitely worth a try to see for yourself! I’m happy with the quality and effectiveness.
