Works perfectly!

Works great after simple modification
For some reason this adapter has the RS485- pin connected to ground. There is acircuit board run that is easy to cut that makes this a true RS485/422 adapter. The build quality is good and the design is compact as well. Th 4 star rating is due to the grounded RS485 minus problem.
